How to Export Power BI to Excel

Exporting Power BI reports to Excel can be a useful feature in scenarios where users need to further analyze or share the data offline, create custom charts, or perform additional calculations. By exporting your Power BI data to Excel, you can retain the interactivity and visualizations from the reports, allowing for deeper insights and data manipulation outside the Power BI environment. This provides users with the flexibility to work with the data in a familiar tool like Excel and collaborate with others who may not have access to Power BI.
