Difference Between Po And Scrum Master
Product Owner (PO) and Scrum Master are two essential roles in the Scrum framework. 1 - Role Definition:
Product Owner (PO): The PO represents the stakeholders and is responsible for maximizing the value of the product by managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks.
Scrum Master: The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring the Scrum framework is followed and helps the team to be self organizing and productive.
2) Focus of Work:
