1 - What is your understanding of the role of a Scrum Master? Answer: The Scrum Master is a servant leader responsible for facilitating the Scrum process within a team. They ensure that the team follows Scrum principles and values, remove obstacles that hinder progress, and coach team members to be self organized and continuously improve.
2) How do you handle conflicts within a Scrum team? Answer: I believe in addressing conflicts openly and transparently by fostering a culture of trust and collaboration within the team. I would encourage team members to communicate their perspectives, help them understand each other's viewpoints, and guide them towards finding a mutually beneficial solution.
3) Can you explain a situation where you successfully improved a team's productivity as a Scrum Master? Answer: In a previous role, I introduced daily stand up meetings and visual project boards to enhance transparency and communication within the team. This resulted in better coordination, increased visibility of tasks, and ultimately improved the team's productivity and delivery efficiency.
