1 - Describe the different types of relationships in Salesforce.

In Salesforce, there are primarily three types of relationships:

a) One to Many Relationship: This is the most common relationship where one record is associated with multiple related records. Example   an Account can have multiple Contacts.

b) Many to One Relationship: In this relationship, multiple records are associated with a single related record. Example   many Contact records can be linked to a single Account record.

c) Many to Many Relationship: This type involves multiple records that can be related to multiple other records. This is achieved using a junction object. Example   a Campaign may have multiple Leads, and a Lead may be a part of multiple Campaigns.

2) What is a Role Hierarchy in Salesforce and how does it impact record access?

A Role Hierarchy in Salesforce defines the levels of access that users have to records. Users higher in the hierarchy have access to the records owned by or shared with users below them in the hierarchy. This influences record sharing and visibility within the organization. When a user creates a record, users above them in the hierarchy can view, edit, and report on that record based on the defined sharing settings.

3) Explain the difference between a Workflow Rule and a Process Builder in Salesforce.

Workflow Rules are used to automate standard internal procedures to save time across the organization. They can create tasks, send email alerts, update fields, etc. Process Builder is a more powerful tool that lets you define more complex business processes with multiple criteria, immediate or scheduled actions, and the ability to update related records. Process Builder can also create records and submit for approval.

4) What is the significance of the ‘View All Data’ and ‘Modify All Data’ permissions in Salesforce?

‘View All Data’ permission allows a user to view all data in the organization, irrespective of who owns the record or the sharing settings. ‘Modify All Data’ permission, in addition to viewing all data, allows the user to modify any record, including those they don’t own. These permissions grant extensive access, so they should be assigned with caution and only to trusted individuals who genuinely need such access.

5) How to handle Governor Limits in Salesforce?

Governor Limits in Salesforce are constraints set by the platform to ensure efficient resource utilization. Developers need to be mindful of these limits when coding to avoid hitting them, which could lead to performance issues. Best practices include bulkifying code, using efficient SOQL and DML operations, and utilizing asynchronous processing like Batch Apex or Queueable Apex to handle large volumes of data. It's crucial to monitor these limits and design the solution to stay within the defined boundaries.
