Expanding Canvas Size in Illustrator: A Step-by-Step Guide

How to Increase Canvas Size in Illustrator

Increasing the canvas size in Illustrator is useful when you need to add more content or elements to your design without starting a new document. To increase the canvas size, go to the “Artboard” options in the top menu and select “Artboard Options.” Here, you can adjust the width and height of the canvas as needed. This allows you to expand your working area while keeping your existing artwork in place, saving you time and providing more flexibility in your design process.
